About payment methods

You can choose from the payment methods below.

   Visa     PayPal Shop Pay Paidy

・No prior registration required, no credit card registration required.
・You can purchase now with just your email address and mobile phone number.
- Payment must be made by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
-No matter how many times you purchase in a month, you can pay in one lump sum the following month.

<How to use>

  1. Select "Pay Later" as your payment method and enter your email address and mobile phone number.
  2. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent via SMS to complete your purchase.
  3. You will receive an email or SMS informing you of your billing amount between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
  4. Please pay by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit. *If you use direct debit, please register your bank account via the MyPaidy app or the web version of MyPaidy after completing your purchase.

Shipping costs are 550 yen nationwide, and free for purchases over 11,000 yen.

Products ordered by customers will be delivered by Sagawa Express.

Overseas shipments are also accepted.

Delivery date specification

You can specify the delivery date from 5 days after the order date and time .

Delivery time specification

You can choose your delivery time from the following time slots.
Morning (8:00-12:00) / 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-21:00

*Even if you specify a delivery date and time, delays may occur due to traffic conditions or weather at the time of delivery.

About points

If you register as a member when making a purchase at the online store, you will earn points based on the product price (excluding tax).
The point redemption rate is as follows:

The points you have accumulated can be used for your next purchase at the online store, with 1 point = 1 yen.
The points that can be used range from 1 point to 100,000 points.
Points are valid for one year from the shipping date of the last item purchased from the online store.

Returns Policy

Please note that as a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
We will only accept exchanges or returns if the product is faulty or if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered.
In this case, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the product by the method we specify, and we will exchange the ordered product for a good one or refund the purchase price.
(If there is no stock available for exchange, we will refund your money.)
However, we will bear the costs of returning the product and providing a refund.
