We cut about 8 different stock pieces of various materials into a diamond pattern and hand-made patchwork fabric. It is a very time-consuming and labor-intensive material. Because we used stock pieces, the overall shape is similar, but it is an assortment. We made a classic SEVENBYSEVEN MA-1 type blouson. We also added a sleek fabric on the inside to give it volume. The texture of the material is what makes the simple design come alive.
