These easy-to-wear trousers are made from wool harvested from stress-free sheep raised on natural pastures in Ladakh, Kashmir, the northernmost part of India.
The wool, which is softer and warmer than normal due to its characteristics in the harvesting area, is woven on a slow-speed loom to create a fabric with an even softer texture. The Kashmir region is famous as the birthplace of cashmere. The wool harvested there has the same texture as cashmere goat wool, and is thin and light, yet still warm enough. The beautiful silhouette that flows towards the hem, while leaving some space, highlights the softness and drape of the material. The unique luster created by the fineness of the fibers highlights the high quality of the material, creating a luxurious finish for these relaxed trousers.
