One of the styles proposed by SEVEN BY SEVEN is a leather carving handbag handcrafted by Mr. Matsuzaki of Rooster King&Co.
It is called leather carving because the pattern is carved into the leather like a sculpture.

The sketch is drawn, carved, colored while creating shading, and the leather straps are woven together to form the shape of the bag. To do all of these steps by hand requires an immense amount of work time and concentration. In addition, carving a pattern into hard leather requires considerable hand strength and at the same time, two contradictory elements such as delicacy. Because these items are created with such care, using incomplete parts would make them look inferior, so all the various parts such as metal fittings and beads used in each shape are antique parts. This is an accomplishment that only Matsuzaki, who has been crafting leather products for many years based in the United States, can achieve. The leather bags are strong yet delicate, with an artistic atmosphere, and are special items that can raise your style several levels with just one item.
